INTRODUCTION:
In the last part of this series, we examined the reasons for bearing fruits and the conditions for effective fruit-bearing.
Today, as we continue in our study, may the Lord teach us Himself and bless us through His word in Jesus Name.
1. POWER FOR FRUIT BEARING
The Lord who had chosen and mandated us to go forth and bear fruits has supplied us with the necessary strength, grace, wisdom and power to be successful soul-winners if we would only yield to him. Mark 16:17-18, Acts 1:8, Lk. 24:47-49, Rom. 15:15-16, Matt. 28:18-20, I Cor. 9:16-18, Jer. 1:5-7
2. PASSING THE BATONS OF THE GOSPEL TO OUR CHILDREN
It is not enough to win others to Christ but we are also to make disciples of them so that they too can become soul-winners. We are to pass the batons of the gospel of peace to our children who will in turn pass them on to their children and so on till Jesus comes.
