INTRODUCTION :

There is something about letters they always attract attention. In

this instant case, it is the Lord Jesus Christ who has decided to T write letters to His church through all ages till He comes back

THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT THE FIRST LETTER

  1. Our God is a rewarder and He takes account of all our deeds

    Rev. 2:2-3, 6, Heb. 11:6.

  2. God expects total dedication from us. Revelation 2:4

  3. God has always given men another chance to make amends

    and come back to Him. Revelation 2:5.

HOW DO I KNOW I NEED RESTORATION

i. When you don't spend time with the word of God again.

Joshua 1:8, Jer. 15:16.
ii. When you become prayerless. I Thess. 5:17, Luke 18:1. iii. Whenyoustopabstainingfromeveryappearanceofevil.

I Thess. 5:22, Gala. 5:19-21, Gal. 5:15-16.

iv. Whenmakingheavenatallcostisnolongeranissuetoyou

Heb. 12:14.

CONCLUSION

Revelation 2:5 says “Remember therefore where thou art fallen”. If you have backslided today you have another chance. He is ready and He is willing to accept you back. Will you be restored today?
